Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide from our studio in Ocean Grove, Australia.  All parcels sent with Australia Post are registered and parcels sent internationally are tracked

I've Ordered a print, when will my order be sent?

All photographic prints are custom printed. Print production time takes between 10-12 days from receiving your order. They then arrive back to me where I sign, date and number the prints before they are gently packaged up for delivery to you!  

PLEASE NOTE: If you have chosen Express Shipping during checkout, this applies only to delivery after the print has been produced and has been delivered to me.

how are the prints packaged?

Unframed prints are handled with white gloves and rolled safely into a reinforced cardboard tube.

Delivery Estimates (within Australia)

Please note: See above for unframed and framed print lead times. These estimates are for delivery after your print has arrived in the studio/is ready to leave the framers. All other items in stock will be sent within 48hrs of receiving your order.

  • Standard VIC Delivery: 2 – 4 Business Days
  • Standard NSW/ACT/QLD Delivery: 3 – 4 Business Days
  • Standard SA/WA Delivery: 5 – 6 Days
  • Standard Delivery Rural areas: 6 – 12 Business Days

  • Standard UK Delivery: 8 – 10 Business Days
  • Standard USA Delivery: 10 – 14 Business Days
  • Standard International Delivery to Remote Areas: 14 – 21 Business Days

I need my order quicker than usual – can you help?

In some cases we can do a rush order – please email hello@mcglenchy.co with your request and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Can I track my item?

Absolutely! Once I have posted your item, I will send you a courtesy email to confirm shipment. You will also receive a tracking number and shipping updates via email from Australia Post.

I ordered from your shop but I haven’t received any email updates?

All emails will be sent to your order address (or PayPal or AfterPay address)  – check there first for order confirmations and updates. If you still can’t find anything please email hello@mcglenchy.co and you’ll hear from me asap.
