Returns Policy

Please see information about my returns policy below. If you have any questions at all please get in touch.

Photographic Prints

Purchases of photographic prints are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.

If your print has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing hello@mcglenchy.co for assistance. Please make sure to open your package within this time.

Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or the original print to process your claim.

Framed Photographic Prints

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

We take all precautions to ensure your framed print arrives safely. However, if your framed print has been damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Please make sure to open your package within this time.

Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or even the original print to process your claim. All products must be unworn/unused and in their original packaging.

Print your email receipt and package the product up with the copy of the receipt

If for some reason there is damage to print, please keep hold of that receipt and please contact me and I will send you my postal details to arrange for return postage.

The purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition. Please note: We do not offer exchanges.

Sale Items

Products purchased using a promotional code, or that have been purchased at a discounted price, are ineligible for a refund.

For this reason, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before proceeding.

We cannot offer rain checks on products that are out of stock during a promotion, or that are part of a collaboration.
